All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product at any time, or refuse any order at our sole discretion.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices for our products are displayed at checkout in the applicable currency for your region and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies in pricing, even after an order has been placed; in the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order.

6. Shipping

For international orders, any import duties, taxes or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

7. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at info@lanadogclub.com with your order number.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective, damaged or incorrect. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as used bedding or grooming products with broken seals) may not be eligible for return unless defective.

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
